Cadastral Mapping

Cadestral Mapping of 27 Sectors of Islamabad-2021

  • Throughout the project, we adhered to the defined project scope, timelines, and quality standards set forth by the Survey of Pakistan and our agreement. We successfully accomplished the following key objectives:
    • Detailed cadastral mapping and surveying of the 27 CDA sectors • Capturing essential geographic and property-related information.

    • Densification of Control Points using DGPS.
    • Georeferencing of Satellite Images/Digital Ariel Photographs.
    • Georeferencing/Overlay of CDA approved plans of sectors.
    • Verification and validation of collected data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
    • Integration of the cadastral maps into the existing GIS (Geographic Information System)
    • Integration of the GIS cadastral maps with Cadastral Data Model (Provided by the Survey of Pakistan).
    • Parcel Fabrication of Data.
    • Finding Encroachments on CDA Land.
    • Comparison of Built-up extent in Un-Developed Sectors using satellite images of 2007 and 2020

Cadestral Mapping of 19 CDA Sectors and CDA Housing Societies of Islamabad

Throughout the project, we adhered to the defined project scope, timelines, and quality standards set forth by the Survey of Pakistan and our agreement. We successfully accomplished the following key objectives:

    • Identification of Irregularities and by laws violations.
    • Comparison of Built-up extent in Un-Developed Sectors using satellite images of 2007 and 2020
